In a time when almost any fashion conscious consumer can imagine themselves as an icon of contemporary culture, the retail space is a vital establishment. A forum for the clothing to call out to the wearer. Now, more than ever, people want to fully understand how their clothing will relate to their surrounding environments. Our design can fully envelope the wearer in a luxurious space that act as grounds for simulation. Thousands of moving lights or video content gather and disperse to form backgrounds which directly relate to clothing selected by the consumer. Each garment is tagged with an RFID sensor, which is then linked to a corresponding image. Associating nostalgic, ephemeral or emotional material alongside the clothing suddenly gives it new meaning that perhaps would have gone unnoticed or unexplored.
